Shaw Floors donates the flooring material every year and Calvetta Bros. Floor Show donates our manpower to get the floors installed in an efficient manner since the house is built and finished quicker than other home builds or a variety of reasons.
Unveiling the home and its features is one of the most exciting parts of working on this home. All of the hardwood flooring in the house is Shaw's Monterrey in Waldron Trail. The dark color of the floor gives the home a classic look and the wide planks give it a touch of modern feel. We also love the contrast between the dark floors and the white trim and walls throughout the house.
The tile throughout the house is a showstopper. The backsplash in the kitchen is Revival Catalina in Onyx. it adds flair to the space that any home chef would love.
The laundry room has a bit of a rustic feel with Shaw Floors' San Fransisco in Presidio.
And we seriously cannot stop looking at the powder room's accent wall which is outfitted in Boca Lantern tile in Whitewater.
The tile used in the Jack n Jill bathroom is fun, yet sophisticated. We installed Penny Round White tiles on the floor and 3x6 white subway tiles with black grout in the shower stall.
